For all of the world to see - the day I ran 5km for Race for Life and raised £300 for the cause. Worth bearing in mind that three months previous to this photograph I did not own trainers, and also that on the day this photograph was taken, it was 32degrees. On that basis, I'm pretty damn proud of my 38 minutes!!
